Step 1: Send us an outfit inspiration photo/video at shop@theposhboutique.ca

Step 3: We give you the quote and once you are satisfied with pricing and have paid 50% deposit we will start the process to get your dream outfit at your doorsteps. You can pay us Online via Credit Cards, or Debit Cards or e-transfers within Canada.

Step 4: After you’ve finalized your outfit, we’ll provide you with detailed size charts and measurement forms to ensure a perfect fit. You will also be doing a sizing video call with our experts. Your outfit will be custom-made to your exact specifications.

Step 5: Within 10-15 business days from the receipt of payment we will share a swatch of your ordered outfit and get your approval on the color, design and embroidery. Once approved, the outfit production will start.

Step 6: We typically require 3-5 months to process and complete orders due to the precision, intricate detailing, and handcrafting involved in creating each outfit.
Please note: We do expedite production as and when needed, based on customer's event date. Using our rush order delivery (extra fees are applicable), we can also get a custom outfit ready within 4-6 weeks time.

Step 7: Once ready, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect it before shipping to your specified address.

Yes, The Posh Boutique is proud to offer customization options for color, pattern, and design. However, we recommend contacting our customer care team to discuss your desired changes. Once they confirm that the modifications can be made, you may proceed with placing your order. Be sure to include the requested changes in the notes section at checkout or email them to us at shop@theposhboutique.ca

Although we strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor or screen will be completely precise, as different screens and monitors may vary.

To determine the right size for you, please refer to our sizing chart, which is based on bust measurements. For example, if a product is labeled as size 36, it means the bust measurement for that top is 36 inches. Measure your bust to find the closest match to our size chart to ensure the best fit.

When ordering a custom outfit, you'll need to provide precise measurements. For this, we offer a video session with our experts who will guide you through the entire measurement process. This ensures accuracy and helps us create a perfectly tailored outfit for you. Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for the session.

For ready-to-ship products, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. For custom orders, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the specifics of the order.

Our dispatch team is committed to timely deliveries. After making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery dates. Please note that The Posh Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or port authorities in your country.

Delivery is worldwide. We ship every worldwide. We charge a minimal amount for shipping outside Canada. Orders over $200 within Canada and US get FREE delivery under our current promotion.

For international orders, The Posh Boutique is not responsible for covering any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the destination country's government.

If a client refuses to accept the parcel from the shipping agent and it is returned to The Posh Boutique in Canada, the client will not be eligible for a refund or chargebacks.
